The Friends of Proteus subscription entitles you to a quarterly newsletter on the work of the organization, and 10% discount on reptile equipment brought from the centre. Subscription is designed to interest the reptile enthusiast as well as animal lovers of all backgrounds who wish to support the countries largest reptile sanctuary.

Over 90% of your subscription goes directly towards the care of sick, injured or unwanted animals whilst the remaining percentage is used to keep you informed of the organisation's progress. It is only with the support of people like yourselves that our work in caring for animals which have often been neglected and abused, may continue. Turtles, snakes and lizards are often the subject of horrendous cruelty which often goes unpunished due to people's ignorance of their suffering.
